Our experience with our Realtor, Cindy Matchinis, was incredible. I have never seen anyone work so hard to see a sale come to fruition. All the while, though (and we looked for a house for over a year), it was an enjoyable process. Cindy was always available - - with any question, or desire to see the house again, she would respond immediately. It felt as if we were her only client, as she would work night and day for us. Her knowledge of this business is really amazing. Even with a complicated foreclosure process, she put our fears to rest and reassured us along the way. Her ability to navigate through the challenge of getting the listing agent to respond to anything was amazing. She never gave up, and I think, it's because of her diligence, that we will moving into this beautiful home. An example of this is: We made an offer on the house and it was declined. Someone else's offer was accepted and the house was off the market. Days later, she noticed immediately that the house was back on the market. She notified us quickly, we put in another offer (based on her sound, wise, knowledgeable advice), and it was accepted. If she hadn't been so thorough, the house might belong to someone else. We are so grateful to her for making this happen for us, and would highly recommend (and have) her to anyone wanting a house buying experience that is fun, and where you feel confident in your realtor.
I honestly can't think of a thing that Cindy could have done better. The only negative part of this whole experience was on the part of the listing agent, who was not easy to communicate with. We were frustrated at not hearing back in a timely way (or at all), to offers made, etc., and it seemed as though this sale would never happen. Cindy never gave up, though, and was persistent, but always professional. She kept telling us to have patience and faith - - and she was right!
