Make sure the lender has a copy of your contract. Time to get the appraisal and home inspection monies together. Speaking of which,home inspection will need to be scheduled.
If it hasn't been done already, pricing out the hazard insurance is best done early in the process. You'll need to select a real estate attorney or title company to handle your closing. They will need a copy of your contract as well so that title work and a survey can be ordered. Overwhelmed yet?
