Custom home process:
- Meet up with with the broker and contractor to look over your plat (land) to see how big a house could fit.

- When things are all completed, normally about a couple of weeks ahead of settlement you’ll conduct an additional walk through to find any places that must be touched up or items which are not correct.
- In advance of closing you can expect to walk through the house for the last time to assure everything is finished as agreed.
